- 1.Request access first — there is no open calendar.
- 2.Every request is reviewed personally before a passcode goes out.
- 3.Approved clients unlock the portal with a temporary passcode.
- 4.Booking a slot holds it pending — half down (or stated deposit) plus signed terms confirm the date.
- 5.No bulk / walk-in locks. Scarcity protects the room and the work.
